Head to Toes- YOGA TUNE UP & The Roll Model Method

In this workshop you will work with special exercises and stretching to reduce pain, & improve posture, and empower yourself with self-care techniques. Using the Roll Model Method balls you will work with the fascia (connective tissue) increasing mobility, circulation and hydration to body tissues. You will leave feeling different in your body that when you came, as you feel calmer and your tension is released.
