This easy and effective class combines Vinyasa Yoga and Yoga Tune Up, ball rolling techniques. Get to know your body a little better and eliminate some of the many “tight spots” and improve your range of motion. This class is the perfect accompaniment to any form of fitness training and daily activities. Feel better in Your body. Various body parts addressed each class.
