This easy and effective class combines Vinyasa Yoga and Yoga Tune Up ball rolling techniques. Get to know your body a little better and eliminate some of the many “tight spots” that we all have and improve your range of motion. It is the perfect accompaniment to any form of fitness training and daily activities. Please bring your own Yoga Matt and Yoga Blocks for this class.
